I’m Raul Garcia from Guatemala.

I’m an avid cyclist and unicyclist. I’m planning to Unicycle from Alaska to Argentina in 2026 and during this process, I’m volunteering with “Maya Pedal”, an NGO that repurposes old bicycles and transforms them into bike machines “bici-maquinas”.

I’m doing this trip fully self-supported and self-funded; I’ve been saving over the last year and will keep saving until the trip starts so no sponsor would be required for my person. All the money I raise will be put towards furthering Maya Pedal’s mission of giving old bikes a second life as machines.
